This is just a sample of the one my friend is building for us. It will be all kinds of pimped out by the time I am finished with it. :-)The first step of course is the brooding pen and getting the chicks. Which will come tomorrow. I bought this
to modify. The center of the lid will be cut out and replaced with chicken wire. The heat lamp will sit over that. The sides lock so nosy dogs and cats can not disturb the babies.
