Pat me on the back and color me speachless. The DON, ADON, RN charge and the power trip happy supply person (that is a post all in itself), all commented on my GREAT interventions on the care plan of our recent fallguy.
Yeah me! Its nice to know that 1 - this careplan class is actully sinking in & 2 that after nearly 10 months of nursing experience, I can actually apply that boring careplan crap on my own!
